Job Description: Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our company's systems and infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and will be instrumental in driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of systems engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the success of the team and the timely completion of projects.
• Develop and maintain system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of our systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess the company's technological needs and provide solutions to drive business success.
• Conduct research and evaluate new technologies to continuously improve our systems and processes.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure the integrity and availability of our systems in case of a crisis.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve any technical problems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures for all systems and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our systems and processes.
• Provide technical support to team members and end-users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a systems engineering role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, networking, and security principles.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, or Bash.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
