We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team and assist in managing our company's IT infrastructure.

Job Description: As a Junior IT Infrastructure Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company's IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our senior IT infrastructure managers to design, implement, and maintain our company's technology infrastructure. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that may arise in our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and implementation of our company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
• Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of our IT systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in our IT infrastructure
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for system upgrades or enhancements
• Collaborate with other members of the IT team to ensure that all systems are integrated and working together seamlessly
• Develop and maintain documentation of our IT infrastructure and processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies into our infrastructure
• Ensure that all IT systems are secure and compliant with company policies and industry standards
• Provide technical support and assistance to other departments and employees as needed
• Assist in managing vendor relationships and contracts related to our IT infrastructure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of network systems, servers, and security protocols
• Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for IT infrastructure management
• Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are preferred
