Salary: $123 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and reliability of our technology systems to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies and plans in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of our network, servers, storage, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data through the implementation of appropriate security measures and protocols.
• Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the availability of critical systems and data.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their potential integration into our infrastructure.
• Develop and manage IT infrastructure budgets, including forecasting and cost analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with network and server management, virtualization, storage solutions, and cloud computing.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in budget management and cost analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are highly desirable.
