Job Overview: As a Junior Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our clients and employees. You will work closely with our senior trainers to develop and deliver high-quality training materials that will enable our clients to fully utilize our products and services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys sharing their knowledge with others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior trainers to develop training materials and curriculum for various software products and services
• Conduct training sessions for clients and employees, both in-person and virtually
• Assist in the creation of user guides, manuals, and other training materials
• Continuously update and improve training materials based on user feedback and industry advancements
• Provide technical support to clients and employees as needed
• Monitor and track trainee progress and provide feedback for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure training materials are current and relevant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical training role
• Strong knowledge of software programs and systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to travel for in-person training sessions, if needed
