Salary: $152000 - $192000

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs to our employees and clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and that our clients are able to effectively utilize our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technical training programs, including course outlines, training materials, and assessments, to meet the needs of our employees and clients.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of methods, such as classroom instruction, e-learning, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Continuously evaluate and update training programs to ensure they are aligned with industry best practices and our company's evolving technology.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of training materials.
• Provide guidance and support to junior trainers and assist them in delivering training programs.
• Monitor and track the progress of trainees and provide feedback to management on their performance.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to ensure consistency and quality of training delivery across the organization.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new employees by providing technical training as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and industry trends to continuously improve the training programs.
• Act as a technical resource for employees and clients, providing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical training, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Proven experience in designing and developing technical training programs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
• Previous experience in delivering training in a variety of formats, including classroom instruction, e-learning, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Proficient in the use of training software and learning management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to deliver training at different locations.
