Salary: $152000 - $192000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system integration and a deep understanding of various software and hardware systems. As a System Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all our systems work seamlessly together and meet the needs of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement system integration solutions that meet the business requirements of our organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any integration issues
• Evaluate and recommend new systems, technologies, and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our integration processes
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all integration processes and systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot system integration issues and provide timely resolutions
• Work closely with project managers and business stakeholders to understand the integration requirements for new projects and initiatives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth integration of their systems with ours
• Continuously review and improve our integration processes to ensure optimal performance and scalability
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in system integration to provide innovative solutions for our organization
• Train and mentor team members on system integration best practices and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system integration, preferably in a large enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of various integration methodologies, such as EAI, SOA, and API management
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
• Experience with middleware tools, such as MuleSoft, IBM Integration Bus, or Dell Boomi
• In-depth knowledge of database management systems, such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of delivering successful system integration projects on time and within budget
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Professional certifications in system integration, such as CIPS or ITIL, is a plus.
