Salary: $123 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior IT Systems Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, with a proven track record of managing complex systems and leading teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate through challenges in a fast-paced environment. The Senior IT Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's IT systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our company's IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the smooth functioning of our systems and their alignment with business goals.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their growth and success.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs and provide solutions to improve their workflows.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and minimal disruptions.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our systems by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures and protocols.
• Manage IT budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective operations and investments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to source necessary equipment and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of systems architecture, infrastructure, and network design.
• Experience with system administration, security, and disaster recovery.
• Proficient in project management and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing large-scale IT projects.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) will be considered a plus.
