Job Title: Principal IT Systems Analyst

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Principal IT Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business requirements, designing and implementing efficient IT systems solutions, and providing technical expertise to support our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand complex business requirements and translate them into efficient IT systems solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement IT systems solutions that align with business objectives and meet technical standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT systems analysts to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest technology trends to identify opportunities for implementing innovative systems solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support for IT systems and applications, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including system requirements, design documents, and user guides.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and applications.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new systems and technologies to enhance the company's IT infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate project updates and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT systems analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of systems analysis methodologies and tools.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex IT systems solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
• Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools.
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
