Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior infrastructure architects to design and implement technical infrastructure solutions that meet the organization's current and future needs
Work closely with project managers and business analysts to understand business requirements and provide technical recommendations
Analyze and evaluate existing infrastructure systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and performance
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure architecture, including diagrams, processes, and procedures
Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for incorporating them into the organization's infrastructure
Provide technical guidance and support to other IT teams as needed
Uphold security standards and protocols throughout the infrastructure design process
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration of their services with our infrastructure

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, and security
Proficient in infrastructure design and documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio and Lucidchart
Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is highly desirable
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
