Position: Senior Infrastructure Architect

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $115 Per hour

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Infrastructure Architect to join our dynamic team. This position is a key role within our organization, responsible for designing and implementing complex infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our ever-evolving technology landscape.

As a Senior Infrastructure Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of our company's infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and meets current industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex infrastructure solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps, ensuring they align with our company's long-term goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure architects and engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our infrastructure.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the security and stability of our infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure policies, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee the implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and implement new technologies.
• Participate in budget planning and ensure infrastructure projects are delivered within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge and experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex infrastructure solutions, including networking, security, storage, and virtualization.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and other industry best practices.
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
