Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the timely and effective completion of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers to develop and implement mobile applications that meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring they are well-architected, robust, and scalable.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends and technologies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during the development and testing process.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.
• Work closely with the project manager to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new team members, providing input on technical skills and expertise.
• Assist in the development of project estimates, resource allocation, and budget management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile development technologies such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, and Kotlin.
• Experience with cross-platform development tools such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering mobile applications on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is preferred.
