Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Warehouse Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Data Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's data warehouse systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions that meet the needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, database design, and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data warehouse solutions based on business requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify data warehouse needs and gather requirements.
• Analyze complex data sets and design data models that support data warehouse functionality.
• Develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Monitor data warehouse performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data warehouse issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain documentation of data warehouse systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data warehouse solutions align with overall business strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and data management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data warehousing, database design, and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse concepts, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of data warehouse performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
• Certifications in data warehousing or database management is a plus.
