Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Software Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will lead a team of quality engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures for software products.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and product owners, to define quality standards and requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
• Lead a team of quality engineers, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
• Monitor and track defects, identify root causes, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to developers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to prioritize and schedule testing activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing and quality assurance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
