Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement build automation solutions to support continuous integration and delivery of software products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve build-related issues.
Develop and maintain build scripts and tools to streamline the build process.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex build failures and system issues.
Monitor and maintain the health of build systems and implement improvements as needed.
Work closely with the development team to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance on build-related tasks.
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the build process.
Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices for build processes.
Mentor and coach junior members of the build engineering team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software build engineering.
Strong knowledge of build tools and technologies such as Jenkins, Maven, Ant, Git, and Docker.
Proven experience in designing and implementing build automation solutions.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Bash.
In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role is preferred.
