Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal ML Specialist to join our team. As a Principal ML Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and executing our machine learning (ML) projects, driving innovation and developing cutting-edge solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop ML models, algorithms, and systems that will have a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end development of ML projects, from ideation to deployment.
• Identify and understand business objectives and translate them into ML solutions.
• Design and implement ML models and algorithms using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, define metrics, and validate models.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, and make necessary improvements and adjustments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ML and implement them in our projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Present findings and insights to key stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing and deploying ML models.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
• Experience with popular ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering ML projects.
