Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research through various methods such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points, needs, and preferences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research goals and objectives.
Develop research plans and timelines to meet project deadlines.
Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our products and make recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with designers to translate research findings into actionable design solutions.
Advocate for the user throughout the design and development process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research or a similar role.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodology.
Proficient in conducting user research using a variety of methods and tools.
Experience with data analysis and visualization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Passion for understanding user behavior and needs.
Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is a plus.
