Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud platform architecture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
Manage a team of cloud platform engineers and provide technical guidance and mentorship
Develop and implement best practices for cloud platform design, deployment, and management
Monitor and analyze the performance of the cloud platform and make recommendations for improvements
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the cloud platform
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and make recommendations for their adoption
Create and maintain technical documentation for the cloud platform
Ensure compliance with security and governance policies and procedures
Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud platform engineering
Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications are a plus
