Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the company's computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software.
Provide technical support to end-users and assist with training on new technology.
Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or operations.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Certification in relevant IT fields is a plus.
