Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance testing strategies and plans for our software products.
Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance requirements and define performance metrics.
Design and implement performance test scripts using industry-standard tools.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics during load testing to identify and address any issues.
Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed performance reports.
Continuously monitor and optimize system performance in production environments.
Stay updated on the latest performance testing tools and methodologies and suggest improvements to existing processes.
Mentor and train junior performance engineers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Performance Engineer.
Extensive experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools such as AppDynamics or New Relic.
In-depth knowledge of web technologies, databases, and operating systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
