Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Cloud Deployment Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Principal Cloud Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying and managing cloud-based solutions for our clients. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our clients' cloud infrastructure, ensuring high levels of availability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions for our clients, ensuring efficient and effective deployment and management.
• Collaborate with our clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance and recommendations for their cloud infrastructure.
• Lead the deployment and management of cloud-based solutions, including setting up virtual machines, configuring networks, and implementing security protocols.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline cloud deployment processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
• Continuously research and stay updated on the latest cloud technologies and tools, and recommend their implementation as deemed necessary.
• Act as a mentor for junior members of the team, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and system administrators, to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide support for critical issues outside of regular business hours.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud deployment and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure components, including virtual machines, storage, networks, and security.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• AWS or other cloud-related certifications are a plus.
