Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead the planning and execution of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve digital processes and systems.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for digital growth and improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to support digital initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure the adoption of new digital tools and processes across the organization.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry developments to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital transformation or digital project management role.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and platforms.
• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
