Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the overall digital transformation strategy for the organization, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify and prioritize key areas of the business that can benefit from digital transformation and develop a roadmap for implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that will enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the organization's digital capabilities.
Lead and manage a team of digital transformation specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure buy-in and support for digital transformation initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Oversee the budget for digital transformation projects and ensure effective resource allocation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation, digital strategy, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital transformation projects.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, such as cloud computing, big data, AI, and RPA.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
