Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantum computing research and development.
• Strong knowledge of quantum algorithms, quantum programming languages, and quantum computing platforms.
• Experience with implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum hardware.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team of researchers and developers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
