Key Responsibilities:

Design, code, and test new features and functionality for our web applications using the latest technologies and best practices
Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end of our applications, including database integration
Collaborate with our design team to ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly experience
Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise in the development and production environments
Identify and implement improvements to enhance the performance and scalability of our applications
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web development to continuously improve our processes and technologies
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers on the team
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met
Ensure code quality and maintain coding standards throughout the development process
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack web development
Extensive knowledge and experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS or React
Strong understanding of back-end technologies such as PHP, Python, or Java
Experience working with databases and SQL
Proven track record of developing and maintaining large-scale, complex web applications
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proven experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers
Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
