About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Full-Stack Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Principal Full-Stack Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and leading the implementation of full-stack solutions for our company. You will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and maintain our web applications, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack solutions for our company
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications and provide timely resolutions
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of our web applications
• Stay updated with latest trends and technologies in full-stack development and implement them in our projects
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and support
• Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices are followed
• Communicate with project managers and stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress
• Participate in the planning and estimation of new projects and provide technical guidance and input
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality of our applications
• Document all work and maintain code repositories for future reference
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity within the development team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• years of experience in full-stack development
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and Ruby
• Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
• Extensive experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Spring Boot, or Django
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Experience in leading and mentoring development teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
