Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior IT Process Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT processes and procedures, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Junior IT Process Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving our IT processes to ensure efficient and effective operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain IT processes, procedures, and documentation
• Identify and analyze areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT processes with business goals
• Monitor and measure process performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
• Train and educate employees on IT processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends to continuously improve IT processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT process management role
• Strong understanding of IT processes and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean)
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• ITIL certification is a plus
