Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and processes in alignment with company goals and objectives
Monitor and evaluate existing IT processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and develop solutions to improve overall efficiency
Ensure compliance with IT standards, regulations, and best practices
Oversee the integration of new IT systems and processes into existing infrastructure
Monitor and analyze IT process performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement
Develop training programs and materials for IT processes and systems to promote a culture of continuous improvement
Lead process improvement initiatives and guide team members in implementing process changes
Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of IT processes and any potential risks or issues

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT process management
Proven track record of successfully implementing and improving IT processes in a complex and fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of IT methodologies, standards, and best practices
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of ITIL and/or Six Sigma is a plus
