Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT processes and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Lead cross-functional teams in carrying out process improvement initiatives, ensuring that all changes are properly documented, communicated, and implemented.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process improvements.
Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness and compliance of IT processes, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and external vendors, to ensure that processes are properly integrated and supported.
Serve as the subject matter expert for IT processes, providing guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, implementing new processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and drive innovation.
Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring that all processes are accurately documented and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Train and mentor team members on IT processes and procedures, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT process management, with a proven track record of successful process design, implementation, and improvement.
Strong knowledge of industry best practices and standards, such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO, and experience in implementing these frameworks.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
Proven experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with processes and procedures.
Experience in developing and delivering process training programs.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential impact on IT processes.
Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or other relevant process management frameworks are highly desirable.
