Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead AI Strategy Consultant to join our growing team. As the Lead AI Strategy Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing AI strategies for our clients. Your expertise in AI technologies and business acumen will be essential in helping our clients leverage the power of AI to drive their business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies for our clients, including identifying business opportunities, defining use cases, and creating roadmaps for AI adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, analyze data, and design AI solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies, providing thought leadership and insights to clients.
• Work closely with clients to identify and assess their current AI capabilities and provide recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
• Lead the creation of project plans, timelines, and budgets for AI strategy projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
• Manage and mentor a team of AI consultants, providing guidance and support in delivering high-quality work to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and guidance on their AI strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI strategy consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI strategies for clients.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization, with proficiency in tools such as Python, R, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of consultants.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
