Salary: $152000 - $192000

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Innovation Manager to join our dynamic team. As an AI Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions that will drive our company's growth and success. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to effectively drive innovation and transform our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an AI innovation strategy to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for AI integration.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and trends to identify potential applications for our business.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions, including machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure the quality and accuracy of AI models and systems.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with external AI vendors and research institutions to stay updated on the latest advancements in the field.
• Evaluate the performance of AI solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for AI innovation initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on AI concepts and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Proficient in AI development tools and platforms, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
