Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of data scientists, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the successful execution of data science projects.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and develop data-driven solutions to address their challenges.
Design and implement advanced statistical models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques to analyze large and complex datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business analysts, to develop and deploy data science solutions.
Communicate complex data science concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science and technology, and provide thought leadership to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the company.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of data science best practices, processes, and standards.
Drive the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or consulting role.
Extensive experience with statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
Strong understanding of data visualization and storytelling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering data science projects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
