About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Integration Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Lead AI Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in integrating and implementing cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AI solutions, while also providing technical expertise and guidance to drive the success of our AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions, including natural language processing, machine learning, and computer vision, to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand business needs and identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our organization's data infrastructure, systems, and processes to ensure successful integration of AI solutions.
• Design and implement AI models and algorithms to extract meaningful insights and patterns from large datasets.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in AI integration.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and technologies to support our organization's growth and innovation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, including coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI integration and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI integration, with a proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning, and computer vision.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, as well as AI tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Experience with data engineering and data management, including data cleansing, transformation, and integration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
