Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of cognitive computing solutions that meet business objectives and deliver exceptional results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for implementing cognitive computing solutions.
• Design and develop algorithms and models for natural language processing, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
• Implement and integrate cognitive computing solutions into existing systems and processes.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in cognitive computing technology.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical expertise and guidance.
• Communicate complex concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cognitive computing, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Extensive experience with machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, and natural language processing.
• In-depth knowledge of cognitive computing platforms, tools, and frameworks such as IBM Watson, Google Cloud AI, or Microsoft Cognitive Services.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering and implementing cognitive computing solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
