Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Governance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing governance frameworks for our company's artificial intelligence (AI) systems. You will work closely with our AI development and data science teams to ensure that our AI systems are ethically and responsibly designed and deployed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI governance policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Review and assess the ethical implications of our AI systems, identifying potential biases and risks.
• Collaborate with our data science team to ensure that our AI algorithms are transparent, explainable, and accountable.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments on our AI systems to identify and address any potential issues.
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulations related to AI governance and make recommendations for adjustments to our policies and procedures as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our AI systems comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to our employees on AI governance principles and practices.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulators and industry associations, to share knowledge and promote best practices in AI governance.
• Participate in the development and implementation of AI projects, providing guidance on ethical and responsible AI design and deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Ethics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI governance, compliance, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of AI ethics, principles, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their potential ethical implications.
• Experience developing and implementing AI governance policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
