Salary: $107 Per hour

Position Overview: As a Senior LLM Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology for our company. Leveraging your extensive experience and expertise in LLM (Logic Layer Management) systems, you will lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain our LLM infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, operations, and quality assurance to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of LLM systems to support the company's products and services.
• Collaborate with product management to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, ensuring the use of best practices and adherence to coding standards.
• Develop and maintain LLM infrastructure, including configuration management, deployment processes, and monitoring systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely resolutions and recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in LLM technology, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with operations and quality assurance teams to ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of the LLM systems.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance the overall quality of the codebase.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute major LLM system upgrades and migrations.
• Act as a subject matter expert on LLM systems, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in LLM systems.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing LLM systems for complex, enterprise-level applications.
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts and principles, including logic layer management, configuration management, and deployment processes.
• In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python, and web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with configuration management and deployment tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
