Overview: Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Data Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Principal Data Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable data solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate with various teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, data management, and data integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end data solutions that meet business requirements and align with the company's overall data strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to identify data needs and design solutions.
• Develop and maintain data architecture standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and data integrity across the organization.
• Lead data analysis and data modeling efforts to ensure data is structured and organized in a way that supports efficient and effective data processing.
• Create and maintain data roadmaps and data flow diagrams to illustrate the flow of data through various systems.
• Identify and evaluate new data technologies and tools that could improve the company's data capabilities and make recommendations for implementation.
• Work closely with data engineers to oversee the development and implementation of data solutions and ensure they are scalable, reliable, and performant.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data architects and engineers.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure data solutions meet regulatory and security requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all data solutions and processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and data management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data architecture, data management, or related roles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing data solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Extensive knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration techniques.
• Strong understanding of database technologies, including relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team is a plus.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
