We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Federated AI Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Federated AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge federated AI solutions for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining large-scale federated learning systems that enable collaboration and knowledge sharing across multiple organizations while preserving data privacy and security. You will work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other cross-functional teams to develop and deploy federated AI models that can scale to handle massive amounts of data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop federated learning systems that can train AI models using data from multiple organizations without sharing sensitive information
• Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to understand the requirements and design efficient federated AI algorithms
• Implement federated learning algorithms on distributed systems, ensuring scalability and robustness
• Develop tools and processes to manage and monitor federated learning systems and ensure data privacy and security
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that meet their requirements
• Conduct research and experiments to explore new techniques and approaches for federated learning
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in federated AI and incorporate them into our systems
• Mentor and guide junior team members in developing their technical skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on machine learning and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
• Hands-on experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kubernetes
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with federated learning frameworks such as TensorFlow Federated or PySyft is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Passion for staying updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
