Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of autonomous vehicle software and hardware systems
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and develop solutions
Develop and implement control algorithms for autonomous vehicle navigation and obstacle avoidance
Lead the testing and validation of autonomous vehicle systems, including simulation and real-world testing
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate components and systems into the overall vehicle architecture
Mentor and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support as needed
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in autonomous vehicle technology and apply them to improve our systems
Participate in technical discussions and provide input on system design decisions
Create and maintain technical documentation and reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in developing software and hardware systems for autonomous vehicles
Strong knowledge of control systems, sensor fusion, and machine learning algorithms
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and MATLAB
Experience with robotics platforms, sensors, and actuators
Excellent leadership and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
