Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Data Strategy Consultant to join our team. As a part of our Data Strategy team, you will work closely with our clients to develop data-driven strategies and solutions that drive business growth and success. You will be responsible for conducting data analysis, identifying insights, and presenting recommendations to clients, while also supporting the senior consultants in project management and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and develop data strategies that support these goals
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
• Develop data models and frameworks to analyze and interpret complex data sets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate data from various sources
• Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Support the senior consultants in project management, including creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of results
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support and solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data strategy and analysis to continuously improve our services and offerings
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in data strategy and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a consulting or business environment
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and statistical analysis techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
