Salary: $107 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Data Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Data Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data strategies that align with our overall business objectives. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our company through the effective management and utilization of data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data strategies that align with our business goals and objectives
• Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of current data management processes and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements for various business initiatives
• Design and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Develop data models and data architecture to support business needs
• Provide guidance and support to junior data strategy consultants and team members
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management and strategy
• Communicate and present data strategies and insights to key stakeholders and senior management
• Lead data strategy workshops and trainings for internal teams and clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their data strategy needs and provide solutions and recommendations accordingly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data strategy consulting or a similar role
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data strategies in a corporate setting
• Expertise in data management and governance principles and best practices
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and visualization tools
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling and data architecture
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Relevant certifications in data management and strategy (e.g. Certified Data Management Professional, Certified Data Governance Professional) is a plus
