Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Data Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Principal Data Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies and providing expert guidance to our clients. You will play a key role in driving business growth and success by leveraging your extensive knowledge and expertise in data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic data plans for clients, taking into consideration their unique business objectives and challenges
• Conduct thorough data analysis and provide insights and recommendations to clients based on the findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements, and design solutions to meet those needs
• Lead the implementation of data management processes and tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data strategy, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to clients
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and training to junior team members on data strategy best practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
• Assist in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and presenting data strategy proposals to potential clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data strategy, data management, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of data analytics tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data strategies for clients
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to data management
• Experience in business development and proposal writing is a plus
