Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, highlighting the features and benefits of our products and services to potential clients.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and provide technical expertise during the sales process.
Work closely with the development team to understand product capabilities and provide feedback on enhancements and improvements.
Conduct product training sessions for clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our products and how to use them effectively.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to our clients' operations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for both internal and external use.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, continuously learning and improving technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical consulting role.
Strong understanding of software development and implementation processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
