Salary: $133000 - $160000

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients and internal teams. You will work closely with our development and product teams to ensure timely resolution of software issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and resolve software bugs
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of software issues and resolutions
• Conduct thorough testing of software updates and deployments
• Assist in the development and maintenance of support tools and resources
• Proactively communicate with clients regarding status updates and issue resolutions
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in technical support or software engineering
• Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and debugging techniques
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Familiarity with SQL and database management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
