Job Description: Lobox is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Software Quality Manager to join our team. As a Software Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for leading a team of quality assurance professionals and implementing strategies to improve the overall quality of our software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure high-quality software products
• Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets their goals and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, product managers, and project managers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of all software features
• Conduct regular reviews of software requirements to identify potential quality issues and work with the development team to address them
• Utilize automated testing tools and techniques to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes
• Monitor and report on software quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress over time
• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the quality assurance processes of the company
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with software products, providing detailed reports and recommendations for resolution
• Train and mentor team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge of quality assurance processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles, techniques, and tools
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium and JMeter
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• ISTQB or other relevant certification is a plus
