Job Overview: As the IT Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT department. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
• Monitor the performance of our technology systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure the timely resolution of IT issues and provide technical support to end-users.
• Manage and maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Oversee the implementation of new technology systems and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology to recommend and implement new tools and processes to improve operations.
• Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team of IT professionals.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of IT best practices and industry standards.
• Experience in budgeting and cost management.
• Certifications in IT operations, such as ITIL, are preferred.
