Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Network Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's network infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and performance. This role will require you to have a deep understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain our company's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot and resolve any network-related issues
• Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network infrastructure meets business requirements
• Conduct regular network audits to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities
• Proactively identify opportunities for network optimization and improvement
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in network technology and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed
• Create and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams and standard operating procedures
• Provide technical support and guidance to other teams within the organization
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for network emergencies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering or a related role
• Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, and VPNs
• Experience with network devices from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto
• Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA are a plus
