Job Title: IT Solutions Manager

Salary: $190000 - $224000

Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Solutions Manager to join our dynamic team. As the IT Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of our company's technology solutions. You will play a critical role in identifying and addressing our organization's technological needs and ensuring that our systems and processes are efficient, effective, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technology strategies and solutions that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new technology solutions and upgrades to existing systems.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, including developers, engineers, and support staff, and provide guidance and support to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and establish project timelines and budgets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of all technology systems, and troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for their integration into the company's technology roadmap.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully leading technology projects and teams.
• Strong technical background and expertise in various technology domains, including but not limited to, software development, infrastructure, networking, and security.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
• Certifications in project management, ITIL, or other relevant areas are a plus.
