Position Title: Data Processing Engineer

Position Overview: As a Data Processing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data processing systems that will enable our clients to efficiently manage and analyze large volumes of data. You will work closely with our data scientists, software engineers, and project managers to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires a strong understanding of data processing concepts, as well as experience in programming languages and tools used for data processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data processing systems to support our clients' data needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions
• Develop and implement data processing pipelines to ingest, clean, and transform large volumes of data
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data processing systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Optimize data processing systems for performance and scalability
• Develop and maintain documentation for data processing systems and processes
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data processing technologies and tools
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data processing or related roles
• Strong understanding of data processing concepts and techniques, such as ETL, data warehousing, and data modeling
• Proficient in programming languages used for data processing, such as Python, Java, or Scala
• Experience with data processing frameworks, such as Apache Spark or Hadoop
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
