Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company��s IT infrastructure, systems, and processes.
Identify areas for automation and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement automated processes and systems.
Lead the development and implementation of automation scripts, tools, and processes to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Ensure the security and integrity of all automated processes and systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes and systems to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and maintain documentation for all automated processes and systems.
Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest automation tools and technologies and make recommendations for their implementation within the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor��s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT automation, with a proven track record of successfully implementing automated processes and systems.
Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of automation engineers.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Certification in IT automation tools and technologies is a plus.
