Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer Lead to join our dynamic team. As a leader in our software development department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire software development process, from concept to deployment. You will be working closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using a variety of programming languages and technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and maintain the coding standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing software solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively suggest new ideas and approaches to improve our software development processes.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that all software solutions are thoroughly tested and meet the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of software solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
